At NUMID, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for coin purchases made through the Service.

NUMID uses a virtual currency called "Coins" for in-app transactions. Coins are purchased with real money and used to perform paid actions within the app.

Coins are generally non-refundable once they have been used (e.g., to perform a search, reveal a name, or remove a number from results).
